1.2 The Website is intended for the sale of technology goods and spare parts to professional customers established in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Romania.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Orders are placed online through the Website. All orders are subject to acceptance by DCELL.
3.2 Payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (in advance).
- Credit/Debit Card Payment via Piraeus Bank epay system.
3.3 Goods remain the property of DCELL until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 We deliver products to all the countries listed in Section 1.2.
4.2 Shipping costs, timelines, and carriers will be specified at checkout or communicated via order confirmation.
4.3 Risk of loss and damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier.
5. Returns and Warranty
5.1 Customers may return defective goods or exercise warranty rights to the minimum extent required by European Union legislation.
5.2 Any returns must be pre-approved by DCELL. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
